Sonneveld Group B.V. a leading supplier of bread improvers and mixes to the bakery industry, relies on x-ray inspection from SAFELINE to ensure the highest product quality and safety. Packaged in metallised film to improve product freshness, the Proson block improvers are inspected on Safeline's T10 x-ray system. With no packaging effects x-ray inspection offers a sensitive and reliable solution to contamination detection, eliminating metal contaminants down to 1.0mm to ensure product quality.

With parts of the factory operating 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, equipment reliability and service support is key to maintaining productivity. John de Penning, head of maintenance commented "All METTLER TOLEDO equipment is very reliable; the x-ray systems are always working".

The AdvanCheK system offers assurance of quality and safety of the bread mix packaged in thick metallised film bags, eliminating metal contaminants down to 1.2mm. "It was easy to create a space for the AdvanCheK system" remarked John who installed the system himself, it is that easy to use!
